The team is super friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable, the price is fair, and our car runs better every time we get it back. Can't really ask for more than that. |

| I took my truck to Spears for some specific alignment work to correct caster prior to a trip out of state. I included a letter describing what I wanted to accomplish with specific caster settings and a copy of a recent alignment from another shop. They changed the caster to less than what I had requested and provided no communication to me before making these changes. In addition, one of the brackets on the tie rod adjuster was not reconnected. They also failed to inform me of a fuel leak the truck had developed when I picked it up. The repairs I requested were not performed and my truck was released to me with a major fuel leak. I would not recommend this shop for repairs. |
